The following terms, when used in this Agreement with initial capitalisation, shall have the meanings set out below:
The individual registered user profile created on the 7777e platform, uniquely identified by a username and password, through which the User accesses the Platform's services.
The 7777e website located at https://7777e.cam, including all associated pages, content, tools, features and services available thereon.
Any individual who accesses, browses or registers an account on the Platform, whether or not a wager is placed.
The identity and age verification process required by the Platform, involving the submission of government-issued identification documents (such as a valid CNIC or passport) and, where required, proof of address and a liveness/selfie check.
Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive made available to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated at the time of the offer.
The minimum total amount that a User must wager using bonus funds (or deposit plus bonus funds) before those funds, or any winnings derived therefrom, become eligible for withdrawal.
Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which account balances and illustrative figures are displayed on the Platform.
The set of legal and procedural controls applied by the Platform to detect and prevent the use of gambling activity for money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
Account-level controls available to registered Users, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion, as further described in the Responsible Gambling Policy.

Creating an Account while under the applicable minimum age is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
The Platform is accessible internationally; however, it is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. 7777e does not operate under a license issued by any Pakistani authority and makes no representation that its services are lawful under Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk.
Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts, whether in the same name or otherwise, for any purpose — including circumventing restrictions, exploiting bonuses or bypassing self-exclusion — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Accounts are for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not permit any third party to access or use your Account. You accept that all activity conducted through your Account is your sole legal responsibility.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes. The Platform reserves the right to suspend Accounts where information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

You must never alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes a serious breach of these Terms, will result in permanent Account closure, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.
Documents must only be submitted through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. You must not transmit sensitive identity documents via email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other unsecured communication channel. 7777e will never request KYC documents through channels outside the secure verification portal.
You may use the Platform solely for personal entertainment and informational purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any part of the Platform's infrastructure or services.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any authentication tokens with any other person. You agree to notify 7777e immediately via the Help Center if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. The Platform will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
You agree to ensure that all personal details, payment information and other data you provide to the Platform are accurate and up to date at all times. Errors in submitted information may result in delayed withdrawals, failed payments or Account suspension.
You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements to use the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access to all features, particularly during scheduled maintenance or periods of high traffic.
The Platform supports a range of payment methods, which may include mobile wallet services and bank transfers familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — where these are available in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. The mention of these payment providers in these Terms or elsewhere on the Platform constitutes a reference to familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure only. None of these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling activities on this Platform.
Available payment methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing fees and processing times are displayed in the live cashier and are subject to change without prior notice. Always verify current availability and terms in the cashier before initiating a transaction.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to return deposits made from payment methods not registered to the Account holder and to request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used.
Withdrawals will ordinarily be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Before a first withdrawal is processed, full KYC verification must be completed. The Platform reserves the right to conduct additional compliance checks before releasing any withdrawal, and processing times may be extended as a result. Withdrawal requests may be declined where the Platform reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, AML concerns or a breach of these Terms.
Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). Where a payment provider processes a transaction in a different currency, conversion rates and any applicable fees are determined by the payment provider and the Platform is not responsible for currency conversion costs or discrepancies.
From time to time, 7777e may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers and other incentives to registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the offer is made available, including but not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games and markets, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and any game contribution percentages will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to satisfy wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
The Platform employs detection systems to identify patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting bonus funds using low-risk betting strategies inconsistent with normal gameplay, collusion between Accounts, and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, the Platform reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account and, where appropriate, permanently close the Account.
Any PKR bonus amounts cited elsewhere on the Platform (e.g., PKR 1,000 referral credit, PKR 2,000 birthday reward tiers) are illustrative examples only and do not constitute live offers unless explicitly confirmed in the Promotions section of a registered Account. The Platform does not guarantee the availability or quantum of any specific bonus.
The Platform reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed; a bet is placed after the relevant event has commenced (except in lawful live-betting markets); or the Platform reasonably suspects that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, lines or game outcomes resulting from a technical malfunction or human error, the Platform reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been accepted and settled prior to the error being identified.
Bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body for the sport or event in question. For cricket markets (including PSL, ICC tournaments and T20 internationals), the official scorecard published by the relevant cricket board takes precedence. For live casino, the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) output or live dealer outcome as recorded in the Platform's server logs is final.
The Platform strongly encourages Users to set personal deposit and loss limits before commencing play. Betting should be approached as entertainment. Never bet funds that you cannot afford to lose, and never wager as a means of recovering prior losses.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7777e Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7777e.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7777e shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7777e makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of the Platform's services for any particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
7777e reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Platform will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users — for example, by displaying a notice on the Platform homepage or by email communication to the address registered on your Account. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting the support team.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated or licensed, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not override any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the Platform's internal support and complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be referred to binding arbitration or other dispute resolution mechanisms as specified by the operator's license conditions.
